Using our mobile app to change your account information is a quick and easy process. First, ensure you have downloaded the most recent version of our mobile app, then follow the instructions below to update your account details.
iOS
- - Log into your mobile app using your account credentials
- - Tap on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner to access your account information
This will reveal your account credentials and you can edit these elements by tapping on the pencil icon for each field. Once you tap on the pencil icon, a window will appear to make the necessary changes. Once you have made your updates, be sure to tap on Change to save your updates.
Android
- - Log into your mobile app using your account credentials
- - Tap on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner to access your account information
This will reveal your account credentials and you can edit these elements by simply tapping on the field and entering the desired information. Once you tap on a field to edit, a window will appear where you can make the necessary changes. Once you have made your updates, be sure to tap on Change to save your updates.
